At Arm-Strong Performance our goal is to provide each client with personal attention towards their specific needs to match whatever caliber of player they are and bring out the best version of themselves. We offer programs for every athlete serving any age group. One very important detail is every client gets Armored Heat Arm Care with their package, and has the opportunity to add Ghost Lab NC (Brandon Golden) for all strength areas! Let’s get rolling today!

What’s Armored Heat?

  1. Arm Care, Arm Mobility, and Arm Recovery

  2. Designed by MLB Trainer Ryan Yoshida PT, DPT, CSCS

  3. User friendly apps that allow the player to design their throwing programs based on schedule. The app provides written and video explanations of each exercise.

  4. Dynamic Programming with new exercises every 2 weeks so your gains never stop! 

What is Ghost Lab NC?

  1. Founder and Owner Brandon Golden (CSCS-NSCA, SCCC-CSCCa, SAW Performance Coach, TPI, and ONBASEU-pitching/hitting)

  2. State of the art facility located in High Point, NC offering strength and conditioning programs via Remote, Hybrid, and in person training.

What's included in the packages?

  1. What's included with throwing program tiers: Timeline Planner, Fully detailed monthly Calendar, and exercise drill packages. (Videos regarding drills)

  2. Email communication and scheduled zoom conferences for updates and feedback. 

  3. Trackman data breakdown available!

  4. Each Remote client will also be offered 10% off all Arm-Strong training aids and merch.
