Armstrong Performance was created by Shawn Armstrong, a former ECU Pirate who has worked his way to the Major Leagues through dedication and proper training and care for his body. In addition to all of the workout equipment & products he offers, Shawn is also working on developing custom workout routines for players of every age, shape, size, or skill set.
